Dr. Hari serves as the Group Chief Human Capital Officer at Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, a role he has held since June 2022. With over two decades of diverse experience, Dr. Hari is a seasoned leader in Human Resources and Operations Management, having contributed to various industries including Manufacturing, IT & Telecommunication, Healthcare, and Global Shared Services.

Before joining Prasarana, Dr. Hari was with Speedcast for nearly four years, where he excelled as Vice President of Human Resources for the APAC region and previously as Director of Human Resources. At Speedcast, he was instrumental in steering HR strategies that aligned with the company’s business goals, significantly enhancing organisational performance and culture.

Dr. Hari’s tenure at DaVita Inc as the Director and Head of People Services & WISDOM saw him lead people services initiatives and strategic HR projects, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning. His earlier experience with Telenor as Head of Human Resources, Communications & Organisational Change Excellence further cemented his reputation as an expert in organisational change and HR excellence.

Starting his career with Dalkia as a Senior Manager, Dr. Hari built a robust foundation in HR management, which has been pivotal throughout his professional journey. His comprehensive experience across the Asia Pacific and the Middle East has equipped him with a global perspective on HR strategies and organisational development.

Dr. Hari’s professional philosophy centers on continuous learning and resilience. He embraces challenges and views failures as opportunities for growth, believing that understanding what doesn’t work is crucial to achieving what does. His expertise spans Change Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Strategic Planning, among others. A proponent of lifelong learning, Dr. Hari is always eager to connect with new people and explore new ideas.
