RTS Operations Pte Ltd (RTSO) is the operator of the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link, a transformative cross-border rail service connecting Malaysia and Singapore.

About RTSO

The RTS Operations Pte Ltd (RTSO) is a joint venture between Malaysia and Singapore, entrusted with the comprehensive responsibility of owning, designing, installing, testing, operating and maintaining the crucial infrastructure of the Rapid Transit System Link (RTS Link). ​

 

This landmark cross-border rail project aims to enhance connectivity between Bukit Chagar (Johor Bahru, Malaysia) and Woodlands North (Singapore), reducing congestion at the Causeway and providing a seamless, efficient commuting experience.

 

The RTS Link, set to be completed by the end of 2026, will have a capacity of 10,000 passengers per hour per direction, significantly improving daily cross-border travel. ​

The RTSO is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the system, providing a world-class transit experience for commuters between Malaysia and Singapore.
