Dr. Nor Fuad Bin Abdul Hamid was appointed to the Board of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad in January 2024. He holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Economics from The University of York, England.

Dr. Nor Fuad began his career in public service in 1996 as an Assistant Director in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), where he was mostly involved with the shipping and transportation sectors. Over the years, he has held key positions across various ministries, including Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Plantation Industries and Commodities as well as at National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Public Service Department Malaysia (JPA).

With extensive experience in public administration, Dr. Nor Fuad has made notable contributions to strategic economic planning and urban development. As Deputy State Secretary (Development) and Director of the Economic Planning Unit for the Selangor State Government, he led critical initiatives to promote growth and sustainability. His tenure as Mayor of Shah Alam in 2022 saw significant advancements in urban governance and smart city planning. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Secretary General (Management) of the Ministry of Transport.
