Mohd Rafi Osman was appointed as Prasarana’s Head of Corporate Secretarial Department on 1 April 2019 and effective from 9 April 2019, he became the Company Secretary for the Group.

Previously heading the General Counsel and Secretarial Department from January 2011, he joined Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn. Bhd. (RapidKL) in February 2006. When RapidKL merged with Prasarana, he was transferred to Prasarana headquarters before he left to join the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) from September 2009 until the end of 2010.

The Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia law degree holder started his career with the Renong Group when he joined EPE Power Corporation Berhad in 1997. By mid-1999, he joined the legal practice under the sole proprietorship of Messrs Norazah and Associates. Between 2001 and 2006, Rafi was attached with corporate legal firm, Messrs W. Y. Chan & Roy.
