En. Syed Redza Algadrie assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd (PRIDE) on 2 May 2025.

A strategic leader with over three decades of experience spanning energy, retail, food services, and transportation, he is recognised for driving large-scale property development, asset optimisation, and business growth. His expertise extends to business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue diversification — delivering sustainable value through innovative commercial models and stakeholder engagement. He has held senior leadership roles in both multinational and Malaysian corporations, including General Manager – Store Development & Assets at 7-Eleven Malaysia, Head of Property Acquisition, Estate & Asset at Lotus’s Malaysia and Tesco, and Development Director at McDonald’s Malaysia.

In April 2025, he was appointed an ELITE@UM Fellow at Universiti Malaya, contributing to thought leadership and fostering collaboration between industry and academia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (General Business) from Ohio University, United States.
