Datin Grace Yeoh Cheng Geok was appointed to the Board of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad in February 2025. She is a legal professional with over 40 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financial planning, and governance.

A partner at Shearn Delamore & Co., she previously served as the firm’s Managing Partner and was a member of its management committee for 17 years. She currently heads their Corporate/M&A and Energy, Natural Resources & Green Technology Practice Groups.  She has been instrumental in advising major corporations on regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and risk management, aligning with Prasarana’s objectives of governance, excellence and strategic decision-making.

She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. Berhad and S P Setia Berhad. Past directorships include Bursa Malaysia Berhad and CIMB Bank Berhad.

Datin Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and a Master of Laws from the University of London as well as a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple. She is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) since 2002. Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1985, she has also been recognised as one of Asia’s Top 15 M&A Lawyers (Asian Legal Business) and has consistently been rated as one of Malaysia’s Top 100 Lawyers (Asia Business Law Journal).
