Previously operating as a unit under the Finance Division, PRISM was established as Prasarana began charting a bigger agenda in the management of its insurance policies and practices in line with its aspiration for an overall transformation of the public transport services whilst ensuring the best for its staff.

While continuing with its previous functions to secure the best insurance premiums and the best policies for the Group: ensuring that all Prasarana assets and liability are adequately protected and insured, and ensuring timely recovery of losses, PRISM is also now a full-fledged agent to insurers where it will earn commissions on all its transactions.
